Ottawa Needs Another Highway

I find it odd that Ottawa is going with light rail to help eliviate the traffic issues. What Ottawa really needs is another highway. One going from the 416 to the 417 where Hunt Club Road is.

Here is my proposal. It would offer a faster way for those going east to west and west to east to get around the downtown core.

Say no to light rail and yes to the By-way for Bytown!
