Hot Peppers

A colleague at work gave me a nice gift. A bottle of pickled habanero peppers mixed with chilly peppers. These were really good with hamburgers. I ate the entire jar all summer.



He also gave me a chutney he made with the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Pepper.




This chutney or salsa was probably the hottest thing I ever tasted. I used a dab to add some heat to some tuna and boy was I sweating. However it did add a nice heat that would build up and build up.
