The Fedora Man

There is currently a conspiracy going around regarding a strange fedora wearing man that attended both the Michael Jackson funeral and the concert event.

Take a look at these images:

On the last shot someone superimposed paparazzi shots of Michael in disguise.
Because the middle shot is so god damn blurry we can't really tell if it's the same man at both events. The hat is identical there is no doubt about that. The man in the first photo is clean shaven, the other two he has a beard.  The other strange thing is he's the only one at the funeral wearing a hat. He was in the second or third row so he must be someone important. Is it the same man? I'm not sure. If it isn't why the hell would an identical person come to both events.
